Whether in the third world or here in the U.S., there are millions of poor children who go without food, water, clothing and many other basic needs that most of us for granted. Many people see fit for toys, clothes and donate money to charity during the holiday season. While this is a good start, are toys not the only thing they need the rest of the year as well. Many people do not realize that their donation will not help them once a year for the rest of the year. Here are some things to be done to help poor children to help Christian ministries throughout the year can.

  Enter time
  Whether you are traveling to third world countries like Ethiopia and Istanbul with a Christian ministry to help the poor, so a lot of time is one of the most precious gifts anyone can give. There are never enough people to help build houses, schools, cooking, bring fresh water or even a hand if someone is sick. Although many can not believe that will give their time to help the poor, it would be wrong. Cook a meal for poor children, or even to read a child is very important.
  
  Adoption of a child
  This is not the assumption in the literal sense. Many Christian ministries have programs that people donate money each month can help a particular child.   Hand-me-down
